Officer Joseph Kevin was born in China and immigrated to Los Angeles in 2005.in May 2010,he graduated from the Los Angeles Police Academy and realized his life dream of becoming an Police Officer.During his studies at the police academy, he was awarded the Sharpshooter for his excellent marksmanship, an honor that has accompanied his caree.

After graduating from police academy, he has been working as an Police Officer I at 77th Street Community Police Station.He always shuttles around the neighborhood, chatting and greeting the residents there, During this period, he used his wisdom and courage to solve multiple family disputes and burglary cases, and also assisted in resolving a medium-sized drug sales case, which earned him a good reputation among residents. In 2011, he was promoted to Police Officer II and continued to maintain order and peace within his jurisdiction.

Officer Kevin has always believed that children are the future of the country, so he is particularly concerned about juvenile delinquency and domestic violence. Since 2011, he has been committed to promoting the healthy growth of children in the community. he often speaks up in community activities and urged people to value the safety and legitimate rights of children. this behavior has won recognition and support from local residents.many children regard him as a brave and upright role model and learn from him.

As a grassroots police officer, Officer Kevin continues to work with professionalism, integrity, and a deep commitment to serving the communities of Los Angeles.
